What courses will you get to take? What financial aid options are available to you? What’s the admissions process like? When it comes to enrolling in a graduate program at Southern Adventist University, you probably have a number of questions. And we are here to help.

These basic requirements are common to all the programs. A full list of admission steps is listed on each degree page.
- Official college and university transcripts. Many institutions subscribe to the convenient transcript-request service at National Student Clearinghouse. You may also contact your institution directly. For best results, request to have transcripts sent to the Graduate and Professional Studies office.
- Recommendation forms, which must be initiated as part of the online application process.
International students are required to provide English translations of academic records, demonstrate English proficiency (by submitting qualifying TOEFL scores), and submit a Declaration of Finances form. - The application. Our online-application system automatically sends your information to the Graduate and Professional Studies office.
- Recommendations. The online-application system also manages recommendations. You will need to provide a valid email address and phone number for each evaluator. Requests are sent by email and returned automatically to the Graduate and Professional Studies office for processing.
- Official transcripts must be sent directly to Southern Adventist University from your former educational institution, and we recommend having the documents directed to the Graduate and Professional Studies office for expediency.
- Other materials required by the schools, such as a written statement or resumé, should be uploaded through the online-application system.
- Test scores, if required by your program, such as the GMAT, GRE, or TOEFL, have test results sent to Graduate and Professional Studies at Southern Adventist University.
